Extend an Active Contract

The "Extend Contract" action, also available on a contract’s page, allows the data asset consumer to extend the contract’s duration or request additional columns (if the contract concerns a dataset and only a subset has been acquired), with a message to justify the change to the other party. For the extended contract to be effective, it needs to be signed by the data asset provider, and any additional payment must be settled by the data asset consumer.
